Greystone Security SA was founded by Mike Wassermann, who has over 30 years of international experience in the security industry. Throughout his career, he provided security for various clients across all continents, led the Protective Details for the US Ambassadors in Iraq and Afghanistan, and served as Director of Security for several prominent organizations in Switzerland.
Mike holds postgraduate degrees in Security Management and in Risks Management, along with an Executive Master in Business Administration. He is a Certified Protection Professional (CPP) and certified instructor in various security related subjects. His commitment to staying at the cutting edge of the industry is reflected in his continuous training in specialized skills and his active membership in several professional associations.
Mike leads a team of experienced professionals, including former special operators, law enforcement officers, and intelligence specialists, all dedicated to delivering unmatched security solutions.

Security Officers
- Swiss/EU citizens or valid resident permits
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the military, police, or armed security
- Clean criminal and financial records
- Proficient in French and English
Close Protection Specialists
- Swiss/EU citizens or valid resident permits
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the military, police or armed security; or 5 years of experience in special operations unit and/or close protection.
